A: Yes, we offer a 6-months warranty. If there is shipping damage, contact customer service within 7 days. Factory issues will have replacement parts for self-repair. Custom orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

Q: What should I do if my dart machine is broken?
A: We have a thorough repair process in place to protect your best interests. If a product issue arises within the first six months due to manufacturing defects or normal wear and tear, we will provide replacement parts at no cost. ​ Please note that service or labor to install replacement parts is not included in the manufacturer’s warranty. However, we will provide guidance and instructions to help the owner or a selected individual complete the repair or replacement. ​
The warranty will be voided if the product has been modified, repaired, or damaged due to accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper installation, weather conditions, acts of God, or any other causes not related to defects in materials or workmanship. ​
